Anti-Bullying units should look into how much they learn from each anti-bullying course, and how they apply it to their own workplace. It needs to be comprehensive and address bullying at every level. If there are other areas that need addressing, this should be included as well. When the anti-bullying course is finished, you should have a thorough understanding of the different factors that may cause you to be a victim of bullying.
