Creativity training

These activities allow participants to generate new possibilities without having to generate new ideas from scratch. For instance, during a counseling session with the psychologist may read a story to participants that involves antics, such as a war or relationship issues. During the counseling session, the psychologist encourages participants to actively imagine new ways to resolve the conflict. In turn, the participants work out creative solutions to achieve the desired results. This kind of exercise provides participants with the ability to generate new possibilities on their own, without the need to generate them from scratch.
